[2005] Multiple Languages?
Just curious as to how to best implement support for several languages in a simple application? How to store the preference etc?

It's called "localization" and .NET includes explicit support. Go to MSDN and search for the term and you'll find plenty of information.

It's actually internationalisation. Localisation is developing a locale-specific version of an internationalised product.
