    The first link is a guy who put up another site posing as Judy Patch, and the second is a lot of tech-related experiences where #3 is a reference to Judy Patch's site being taken down... Good reading

    well i dont know according to her msn live profile thingy it said the account was owned by some chirs person so i assume it was either hacked or this was abandoned a long time ago or maybe the paypal thing is just a front to get users stupid enough to beleive that site to donate to it
