Re: UnResolved Threads
Unfortunately not everyone marks posts as resolved, so there is no way to even tell in many cases.
What you can do tho is to open a forum (eg: http://www.vbforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6 ) and order it by any of the columns - such as Thread (which would group threads marked as resolved together), or by number of replies (presumably most threads with no/few replies are not resolved).
You may well want to change the date options at the bottom of the thread list too - as several forums have a limit of recent threads only (by default this particular forum shows only threads with posts in the last 10 days).

You can search and find all threads that have 0 replies. Those would be unresolved. You can do this with the advanced search by setting the replies to "at most" "0". You can also limit the date range ("last week" for example).

Our team can provide for a option for viewing the unresolved threads (with zero replies)

it's not as easy as you think
Just use the search for 0 post threads, it'd be better not to mess with the code (we already have lots of hacks added, and this one doesn't sound very useful)
