[RESOLVED] Uninstallation - How to remove an app. completly
I have made an app for my compact pc (i-mate K-jam) and installed it with a cab-file.
The problem seems to be when I am uninstalling it. I will get a message telling me that not all elements could be removed. And my app. will still show in the programs list, and the start menu. And with no possibilities to remove them.
How can I fix this problem ? How to remove an app. completly from a pocket pc ?

Hi,
is this on a WM5 machine - if so, try a soft reset before uninstalling.
Nearly every app I have tried to uninstall comes up with this message.

Yes, I tried a soft restart without any luck.
Then I found and downloaded a program called MemMaid. A good program to clean and manage a pocket pc's memory. It will detect dead registry entries and shortcuts and delete them. It did the Job.
Problem solved.
