Reading Paradox DB in VB6

Does anyone have a code example of how to set up, open and read a Paradox database from VB6? I'm having trouble accessing the tables even in Visual Data Mgr. I can see the table but it says there is only one "NoName" field. Does VB6 work with the Borland Database Engine? Thanks!
