    Question Database clipart or gif anyone ?

    Just looking for a database icon/gif/bmp to put on a button.

    The button is to "Update Database", and I have pics on all my others, but I can't find anything even half decent.

    I figured my best bet was a "stack of discs" with an arrow pointing at it !

    Anyone got anything I could use ?

    I would draw one, but Rolf Harris I aint, and it would probbaly end up looking like a piece of toast !

    Or a pic of a boot ? Something obscure, then have the tool tip pop up 'Update' ?

    I ended up drawing my own in the end.

    Looks a bit like a giant hand raiding a biscuit tin but hey ... thats what tooltiptext is for

    You caught me. I tried to upload an ico file but apparently that is not allowed, so I deleted the reply.

    What do you think of this one?

    Depending on your installation, this icon is located in

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\MSDN\2001OCT\1033\SAMPLES\VB98\visdata
