Why do everytime you post, you have urgent in the title?
Does that help you get answered?

Pls. dont mistake me my friend. Why I use the workd "URGENT" often is that I am in need of solutions urgently.
When i try something and if i dont get the solution right away, i feel something hard in my brain and i will not be able to concentrate on anything else, till i find a solution.
Ok..will try to avoid it in future..
Venkat.
