attach hyperlink
I am trying to attach a hyperlink to an email but can only manage it as
a file, that when opened is opening from my temp internet folder and is
completly blank. The attachment is not following the link. Can any body help. here is the code i am using
With MailOutLook
.To = survemail
.Subject = emailsub
.HTMLBody = emailbody
.Attachments.Add "C:\file.htm", olByValue, 1
.Send
End With

Not exactly sure if I follow but looks like your trying to add a url link in the body of the email to point to a htm page on your system?
You need to reference the public url link in the emails body link. Then no attachment is necessary.

Not sure how to do this. Most of the work I've done before was in excel not access so I'm a bit lost on this

I have a list of staff names that I need to send out a welcome email to. This asks them complete an on line survey. Rather than create emails separately I want code and loop through the process using an access form. However when I send the email, the attachment is not directing them to our intranet page where the form is located.
