    Software for Project Planning?

I'm looking for some project management/planning software that allows me to basically outline what I want to accomplish, create some sort of flow in how the application is going to work/navigate and possible track tasks.

I heard Microsoft Project was good, however; it hasn't been updated in over 4 years so I don't think that will work (not sure if you can even find it anymore). Plus I'm looking for a free/open source solution.

    Any thoughts?

Well there is Project 2003 and soon Project 2007

for flowcharting you can use Word or to really get professional looks and stuff you can use Visio 2003 or Visio 2007.

Thanks. I didn't know they were still working on it. Though I'd still prefer a free/open source solution if one exists.

Well my current host gives me only a few databases and storage but I'm planning on moving to a new host soon (gotta pick 1 first) so this shouldn't be an issue any longer.
