[Serious]I can't attach/delete a file to my e-mail

Why I can't attach/delete a file to my e-mail in my workstation and also in other workstation, I can only access to my e-mail account, but in our server computer it works fine I can even attach/delete or whatever I can't configure where the problem is this is annoying.

I am using yahoo, when I try to attach some files in it, it keeps hanging and sometimes it give a msg "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading", btw I'm using FF and even I switch to IE still can't. I have deleted all the cookies and cache of my browser.

Ohhh! I forgot to mention even in Gmail still got the annoying problem.

How good is your inet connection?

I have no problem accessing in different sites, now it's ok I have no question about it, it's just the e-mail side that keeps me bothering.

Try configuring Outlook/Outlook Express to handle your mail.
