Outlook + Multiple Email address Problems.
I'm running Outlook 2003. I have an exchange server.
Each client has 2 addresses @soandso.co.uk and @somethingelse.co.uk
Whenever I reply, from email sent to EITHER address it always uses @soandso.co.uk
I know I can choose, but I forget sometimes and it's annoying.
Is there a way to simply reply from the address sent to???
Cheers,
Bazzlad

Re: Outlook + Multiple Email address Problems.
If it helps, using rules, I've made all email from one address go to a folder. Maybe there's a way of setting one email address send from that folder?

Re: Outlook + Multiple Email address Problems.
If you hit Reply it should use the email address it was sent from. So from what your saying, you Reply to an email and it uses a secondary address for that person instead? What other code/rules do you have in place?

Re: Outlook + Multiple Email address Problems.
No, each inbox has 2 email addresses from the same exchange server.
If I receive email to [email protected]
and reply
it comes FROM [email protected]
If I receive email to [email protected]
and reply
it STILL comes from [email protected]
unless I specifically choose it not to.
I want it to automatically reply from the address it's sent to.
Any clearer?
