password protecting my vba module
hello
Can you guys tell me how to password protecting my vba module so that if some one does an alt + f11, they will be prompted for a password before beng able to view the module

right click on the moule, select properties then the protection tab

thanks for the reply
you mean right click on the module1 which will give vbaproject properties,
selct the protection tab and then store a password
i gave the module a password but i can still write to the module and view the module(when i open it) without entering a password

i had to close word, then needed the new password

i closed down excel, and the password change was applied
