Angry [2005] Create a Target Line with Chart

I am using the built in reportviewer adding a chart, ploting my data with my dataset. My chart uses simple column graph, I need to add a target line at point 25 across the hole chart. Is this possible I have been trying to do this for at least 2 days now with out any luck, the closest I get is one point in the middle of the chart at point 25.

    any help appreciated.

    thanks

I have no idea what a reportviewer is, but I'll say this. If you're developing in VB2005, you have access to the GDI+ functions which should allow you to draw anything on anything in your program (it can be tricky to work out though)... There are plenty of GDI+ tutorials about and a number of threads over the past few days talk about them as well...
