    log generation

    I would like to generate a log of who accesses an excel file based on who logs in via userform. Currently, the useform only has the text boxes and no code in it but all it will contain is a list of predefined usernames and passwords with a correct entry showing the sheet, a wrong one closing excel.

    Thoughts, suggestions, ideas?

    you could save the login information to hidden or protected cells in the worksheet or elsewhere, with date time information
