Compatitiabilty of VB6.0

Can someone give a guide as to the highest versions of office VB.6.0 is compatible with for:-


Outlook
Word
Excel
Access
Power point
Microsoft Project
Visio


I am finding excel 2003 is ok. Want to know when I should plan using/learning VB.NET. Is VB net similar to vb 6.0 - is it hard to pick up. Is the version of VB I should be learning next.

NET is pretty different from VB6... I tried it a while back.. found it cool.. and not bad to program for. you should plan on learning it since its the "new" way

but VB6 should work with future versions of office. since really you are just referencing the objects. I havent heard anything otherwise? Heres my guess...
when VBA becomes VBA.Net.. then its time to switch
