[RESOLVED] Any One Know How To Start Control Panel Through Run Command?

Hi i was wondering if someone knows where to find out how to start windows programs using the run command situated in start-Run. I know they almost all tie to the shell32.exe but there are commands that are used to open different programs such as control pannel and even remove programs. Does anyone know how to start all theese programs via RUN? Much appreaciate a response.

EDIT- Here's a link that supposedly does exactly what you want. It opens the control panel but I don't know anything about functiuons yet so I couldnt get it to work. Maybe you will understand what to do with the code they provide.
