    how to compare 2 bmp images ?

    Hi all . i am creating an application that needs to detect the bmp images changes against a perticuler image specification but i do not how. For example if i have bmp1 and bmp2 and the program makes compare if they are identical it does not thing and if they are diffrent it gives me a massage in masssage box that 2 pics are diffrent . and bmp3 comes it compares it against bmp1 and if they are diffrent it prompt me and do this compare ....

    All images are of same size . I be happy if some one show me how that can be done.Thanks

    Compare against what..??

    Size..? resolution..?? etc...

    I want to keep checking a windows at perticuler location that when i have either one of these icons!! i attached them they are bmp files

    as u see they are same size!!
