    You're better off without one. At least without this one.

    He'll get everyone to stop work so that we can head over to the widescreen monitor and watch the 'important' matches, now that we have a TV card (which means the quality is very good).

    Not that I'm complaining, but when I'm in the middle of coding a procedure, I'd rather finish it first.

    My last boss (well.. Supervisor...) would take us to Mickey's (an "irish pub") one Friday a month to discuss how each project was going.

    You couldn't explain anything to this guy when he's sober... Being drunk only escalated the struggle, but he wanted to be the "cool boss." I can't even begin to explain how much he held the department back...
