Need Windows Media Services Application to generate XML or script

Hello,

I need some sort of application or script to read Windows Media Services and generate an XML page JUST like this for each client setup on our server:
http://rs2.radiostreamer.com:8000/drs64.xml

We are running Windows Server 2003 and Windows Media Services 9.

Ideally i'd like this to be in the form of ASP.net/C# - but if developing a small VB application to do this is easier so be it - I really don't care.

I may also need other Windows Media services scripting done after this, this is the first step.
