Just stand in the street screaming "Bomb, bomb!" and point at the UPS truck. It should generate enough of a scene that someone down the street will panic and dive for the curb. That should be enough to grab the driver's attention. If he stops, simply explain the situation to him; he'll understand. If he peels off, you're a hero for exposing a terrorist plot. Win/win.
