    Resolved [RESOLVED] HTML Format in OUTLOOK2003

    Hi,

    Some of my clients are using OUTLOOK2003.The automated mails send by me are coming in plain text format in their inbox..

    what all are the settings that i need to change so that they can have a better view in html format??

    Looks like it to me. Probably found the setting under Tools > Options.

    Yes rob..u r right..I found it in tools > options ..Just removed the Check mark at "always read mails in plain text format"..thats it...
