[2005] Transparency Key
I understand what this does, but I am creating an application with its own skin design, a little bit like the Aero interface in Windows Vista, so I made all the borders transparent. My problem is that it is 100% transparent. Can I make that transparency like 80% or so?

No, I do not want to edit the opacity of the main app. Just the borders.
