I'm using a modified example of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302896/en-us/ to where I delete Word temporary files using a toolbar in Office.

I've built a setup file and installed it on my machine which works great and has Windows 2000 Professional with Office 2000. However I'm developing it for everybody else in the office with Windows XP and Office 2003. The setup file does not add the Toolbar as it does on my machine.

I'm a contractor and probably won't get any upgrades. Are there any options that I may not be aware of?
