    Serial port

    Hi guys
    Anyone can tell me the best way to do a serial communication via vb.net. I need to hit my modem in one project, and need to read and write data to my mobile phone thru serial cable in another project.

    If you are on VB2005 then there is a serial port control in the toolbox.

    If you use 2003, then you could have a help from Corrado Cavalli's class. I think u can find it searching with google!
