    [02/03] Need Webserver

    Hi All,

I want to create a Webapp in VB.Net 2003, but I've got an Error.
    I quote:

Visual Studio.Net cannot create or open the aplication because no Web server
was detected on this Url: 'http://localhost/webapplication1'.
Make sure the Web server is installed and running.

I have to say that he IIS is installed.

What do I have to do that I can make some Web applications.

    Wkr,

Silly question but is it running? I had the same problem once that drove me crazy but I found out the service wasnt starting automatically.

    Hope that helps!

Another thing, if it's having trouble creating virtual directories automatically, create it yourself manually before creating the new web app and see if it works.
