Could you make him a diff color? It would be confusing to see it. My first reaction would always be "ohh, happy smilie; how nice." Then I'd realize it's the cold stare one. Not to mention, sometimes I do just click the smilies to insert them... I could see myself using that one by accident when trying to help someone.
