None.
I have never used any anti-virus software. I do not accept diskettes or downloads from unknown sources. I do not use any automatic eMail software. I do not open MS Word documents from unknown sources. I generally avoid any software which does automatic filing, et cetera.
It is similar to the policies I used for the other form of protection.
So far, I have not had any virus trouble, computer or otherwise.

thats what I thought, then I installed System Works 2001 and found out I had 7 trojans (which were all quickly uninffected)

i use avg, it is the best one that i have found so far.
Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.
