What happens when they decide to stop your monthly payments, are you going to supply them with regular license keys to keep the product running?

Haven't yet figured out how much "contract-legalize" vs "good-old-software-protection" we are going to incorporate.
Goal is to keep them so happy they don't want to stop. They have to see value in continuing to pay - and in reality we are foregoing the up-front payment but we still expect n-years worth of payments to offset the implementation experience...
implementation, btw, is a year-long process anyway...

Wow how times have change - that old VB6 program that gave me a decade of service has been replaced with an RIA talking to IIS!
Best change I ever made! Love the Web and Love .Net - perfect marriage!
Actually migrating my last VB6 customer to the web - going live in the next 8 weeks!
