    Quick question: Access & Word

Is it possible to create secure forms in Word and have the data entered populate an access database?

Project: Take a stack of manual user forms, have users input data from several of the forms to be able to store and report from, and automate other manual forms, in a much more simplified manner. Issue, users very un-accepting to change and not computer literate. Need to make forms look as similar to the original ones as possible.

No I am not allowed to use anything but MS Access, Word, Excel, or outlook.

    Thanks in advance.

I think it might be easier to create a data entry form in Access, then export the data to Word when necessary. Just my 2 cents worth.

What do you mean by "secure forms"?

Yes that is the plan, I was just looking for a different way since these users are very pc illiterate and need the forms to look so much alike.

You just need to code in data validation for all the data entry points for them. Its the only way.
