Scroll bar formatting

Ive searched high and low on how to do this (like 20 pages of google search lol)
and i havent found an answer no, yet not a solution.

Is there a way to format the scroll bar for text boxes color/darkness/etc?

hi this is not totaly inpossiable, I think it's just getting to the scrollbar it's self on a textbox, I know for a fact it's possiable to format a normal scrollbar for use with skins, So I think it be the same for the textbox to,

anyway I made this small project week ago, a small subclasser that allowed you to know then a scrollbar in a textbox and it's value was at the max of the text, anyway this is the link to the project. Keep in mind this does not show anything how to change color, etc it just shows how to get a text box's scrollbar but adding GUI stuff will be quite easy if ya used to subclassing and using Windows Graphic API calls
