I have started to workout again. it's that time of the year

yup !
I go to a gym about 3-4 times a week...to do more like cardio for 1hour and another hour for weights....but in 4-5weeks, I will start a 7day program so that I will be in perfect shape for the football season

2 Days ago I had my 1st excerise for 5 months.
I have never felt so stiff, are there any volunteers about for a massage?

No, that would be if you had breasts. Reminds me of a guy who actually had breast implants for a bet. A big money bet. he had to keep them in for a year I think, but after the year he didn't want to get rid of them

It's true Harry this guy bets for a living (he once made 25,000 by living in a bathroom for a month). If you ever watch Comedy Central there is a show that comes on there called The Man Show and he was on there (and for some reason he was allowed to expose his breasts on National TV). The reason (so he says) that he has kept them is because he is afraid of the health risks of having them removed, well that and he gets an extra 10,000 every year he keeps them.

Sort of like that drew carrey episode where oswald was testing some "man boobs" out for drug co. and got paid $10,000$..hehe and then drew and lewis were drooling over his "man boobs" and were begging to touch them. heh
