microsoft help workshop

i think the better way is using the help workshop from microsoft, it is true ? if so, where can i find it ?

I installed and tried Microsoft Help Workshop. It does not work real well. It is also very confusing. The directions are poorly written, and the information they provide tends to be incorrect. I think the best and easiest way to make a help file is to do what most companies do themselves. Either provide a Readme file as a .doc with all the help they could need. or create an html help file. They are extremely simple to create, edit, user friendly, everyone on windows has the required programs or something that can read the files, and it is guaranteed to work.
