Send SMS to my cell fone from my web page

I want to make a web page from where i could b able to send sms to some mobile device...plz any one help me in this regard that wat should i do to start it. which tool should i use .. and wat i need to learn for this

yes it's possible - as far as I know - and I think the best site for this is www.clickatell.com which is a south-african company.

anyway they provide many ways to send SMS from your site - check their site.

one of the ways is API Com Object, which is a component you can install in your server and use ASP pages to write your SMS settings.
I'm not sure if they supports other langauges like PHP CFM ASP.NET
