    Resolved [RESOLVED] Mystery DLL File !

    Hi All :
    I have a friend that was asking me for a DLL file Named ( Bsicon ) that use
    to change applications icons from your application !

    I didnt hear about it before .... Did anyone hear about it !

    If there is anyone have it please tell me .... and if there is anything else ( not this file )
    can be used for the same reason please let me know ...

    I did a search on Google. There were 3 links. They were in Arabic. I had Google translate them but they still didn't make much sense. The translation was horrible.
