update from excel to embedded word doc??

Hi all

Don't even know if I can actually do this, but here goes...

I have a workbook running on different codes, macros and formulas. In one of the sheets I have an embedded word document, hence it only exists in the workbook. The thing is, a lot of the data going into this document has already been calculated in several other sheets in the workbook - therefore; Is it possible to autoupdate an embedded word document with values from different cells in excel??

Any ideas anyone???

I think I read somewhere that you it can be done as long as the text updated is placed in text field - but I don't know how to do that... When I'm right clicking on such a field and choosing properties, it says something about start and end a macro, but I'm not that familiar with macros in word!

Anyone?
