Resizeable Windows

Hello. I'm trying to create an app that will allow me to be able to resize a normally non resizable window (Counter-Strike: Source). Once it is windowed, I would like to be able to resize like I would be able to any other window. Thanks for the help in advance.

I dont believe u can. If the window is not a sizable window.. then thats what u are stuck with

I do not believe you can do it with plain VB. CS is written with DX so yyou may need to download the DX SDK and see what you can do.
