    Resolved [RESOLVED] managing internet

    i dont know how to ask but
    one of my friends applied for an internet connection and its a limited one ,i.e he has a download limit of 3gb after which he will have to pay extra amt. per mb .so he was asking abt softwares which can manage his downloads(amt of content,time etc).so that he can know how much he has used and how much is left.

    any ideas anyone??
