I have large PDS (DOS) applications that are being moved to VB.net.
I really would prefer to have someone that is somewhere near Memphis, so that I can check the progress.

Skillset needed is math, financial applications (understanding of basic accounting), excel (for an interface), and VB6/VB.net.
Some of the math engine has been done in a PowerBasic DLL.
A good friendly user interface is critical.

I have plenty of programs that need to be updated/converted.
Some background with PDS (Qbasic) type of applications would be helpful.

I am unfamiliar with how this could really be done remotely, but I'm willing to listen!
