    Could someone please tell me what references to add to a project in order to use the my object.

    As far as I know, there is no reference. It's just a keyword in VS 2005 (like MyBase, Me and this).

    perpaps you are using 2002 or 2003? As seven halo says, My was not introduced until VB 2005
