Java version
I was wondering if it's possible to add the "version" radio buttons in the Java forum (Like in VB.NET forum)

If they were added, what values would they have?

Re: Java version
How much of a difference does it make to most questions if it is version 1.4 as opposed to 1.5?
Is it something of the same magnitude as the differences between .Net 1.0 and 2.0, or is it less relevant than that?

Re: Java version
The difference between 1.4 and 1.5 is a major change Language new features
It's a big difference (as big as the differences between .NET 1 and .NET 2)

Thats correct. Lets see if I can translate this expression into english:
"Dear child has many names"
Java 1.5 == Java 5 == Java Tiger
There you go, now be confused.
