Has anyone written a VB app with a Sybase backend that can save documents (.pdf, .doc, .xls, etc.) in Sybase? I need to scan in documents and store them in Sybase via VB. Just placing the documents on a fileserver and storing the file location is not an option (global ipx is VERY slow)

Any suggestions would be great.
