The Grand Total on the report(Sales) is not accurate as i expected, it seems to be that it has added extra figures. i have tripple checked the database and nothing seems wrong. database is created in ACCESS. I even did an SQL SUM() query in access and the output is totally different in Crystal Reports. Can someone help me regarding this? probe any questions you want

Re: Grand Total Output Problem
Describe your report - any Groups?
Which section does the Grand Total print?
How did you create the grand total?
What is the difference between SQL SUM() and the report grand total?
How many Tables does the report use?
What datatype is field?

Re: Grand Total Output Problem
I've managed to solve the problem myself bruce. I'm sorry for your time and trouble. I recreated the report and somehow the problem is not showing anymore. Thanks though
