[02/03] Vodafone TAP service

Has anybody manged to interact with vodafones TAP service in order to send a message to a pager?

Their helpdesk says use the TAP protocol, so I am googling to look around for more info but if anybody here has info that they are willing to share then it will be welcomed with open arms.

I have found afair amount on TAPI with in vb.net(2003)

I have managed to reference to TAPI3, but I am still none the wiser about connecting to an I.P. on a port umber and then sending the pager number and then message.

Still waiting on Vodafone.
