    VB6 error Please help

Not sure if correct forum but please

I've got a fairly complicated project, 29 forms, which run OK from within VB6 with no problems But -

when making the exe file it compiled with some errors at first and after fixing about halfway through compiling the following occures -

VB Visual Basic has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

at one point the following message appeared:

The instruction at "0x0c21083" referenced memory at "0x0c210830". The memory could not be read.

Tried again but only _ VB Visual Basic has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    without not the memory message.

Some smaller project compile and make exe witout problems.

    I have re-installed VB6 but no difference

I will appreciate any help or assistance with this

Download a memory testing program and run it. (A good one will run for hours, so run it overnight.) You may have a bad memory location. This should get you started.

    Are you using Option Explicit?

    Service Pack 6.0

I've been programming with VB for 25 years. Started with VB4 16bit Pro, VB5 Pro, VB6 Pro/Enterprise and now VB3 Pro. But I'm no expert, I'm still learning.
