    Installing .mct files on msn messanger

    hi experties any anyone tell me how do i do the codings for the installation of the .mct files ?

    like http://www.mobilewap.net/msnci.exe < this is the installing mct application made by vb from http://www.chweng.idv.tw/msn/dps.html

    i wana make a program something like an explorer but i couldnt find the way to install the mct files into the msn ? can anone pls guide me
