Did you Exit out of Outlook and close it and reopen it?

Re: Outlook Rules Wizard - No rule but still getting action
Then you may have the action coming from your VBA code.

Try commenting out all your vba code. What is the action being taken on your Outlook?

Re: Outlook Rules Wizard - No rule but still getting action
The only other thing I can think of is to log on to another system an open your outlook and see if it happens on that one too. It could be a rule saved on the Exchange server still.
What is the rule? How do you know its still running?

Re: Outlook Rules Wizard - No rule but still getting action
our data warehouse sends an email each morning after it updates. i had a rule that launched an access db or an .exe file.
i know its still running because each morning when i get here the rule error is open and it says it cant find the file its trying to open.
