    Newbie help

    Hi

    I whant to make a program that takes todays date, name and thelepone number. And registrers that in a database.
    This i would like to have in a list, i would also like to add that the entry vil then after a preset month pop up in new window with a text.

    Can anybody helpt me with this...i really new at this, and dont know where to start.
    If anybody has some code i can look at would be nice to.

    you cant hope to get a full source here. what usually happens here in the forums is that someone posts about how to solve an encountered problem and the forum community tries to help solve it.

    as for you, your first step should be to analyze your problem.
    then, since you are planning to save your data in a database, select an appropriate database and design it to fit your needs.
    then you can start designing your progran interface and later on do the code yourself. if you happen to encounter an error or errors, get back here in the forums and post it. you can be sure you will be helped

    Any good sites to learn about makin a database with VB 6.0?
