Quick question - CODA & Peoplesoft
Hi all,
I have been presented with a spec to modify existing VB & VBA code. One of the issues is to "Convert CODA to Peoplesoft". What does this mean? When I looked up CODA, I'm getting a variety of things it could mean from being a distributed file systerm to a tone in music. And I'm just getting a result of loads of companies called PeopleSoft when I look for that.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: Quick question - CODA & Peoplesoft
You need to go back to the people that gave you the specs and ask for more specific details on what needs to be accomplished.
When I Googled CODA I got everything from Calgary Olympic Development Association to a advanced networked filesystem.

I will be going back to them to get more detail alright. But incase it's a widely known programming term, I didn't want to go back sounding stupid. But I'm guessing if you don't know, then I've nothing to worry about.

Ask them why they want to associate the Calgary Olympic Development Association with Peoplesoft?

Both are accounting software products.
Google on both of them, and you will find companies that switch from coda to peoplesoft and vise versa

I'm familiar with Peoplesoft and I did Google on CODA, but if you aren't familiar with it how would you know which of these returns is the one in question?

Re: Quick question - CODA & Peoplesoft
I googled on both together, finding pages that included both CODA and Peoplesoft.
It looks like coda is the one from www.coda.com, and peoplesoft from www.peoplesoft.com
