I use norton internet security on two of my computers. On one it works fine but on the other I can't open the home to it...

I have the little icon in the taskbar that I double click, the window comes up, but there's nothing in it. I can see right through to the desktop. So I can't change its settings and can't configure my network to work properly like it was when I only had it installed on the computer it works on.. I would try to reinstall it but I'm afraid I wont be able to because you can only put it on two computers and i've already used that. Please Help. Thanks in advance
