    create a setup file

    Please guide me on how to create a setup file for my project

    I'm using vb6 and sql

    use the package deployment wizard, start>programs>visual studio 6>tools>package deployment wizard

    P & D Wizard can cause problems when installing to Win2k/XP. Do a search on here for ********** and Inno Setup.

    Have a look in Application Deployment.

    inno setup is a free and wonderful packager .read the faq which will sort out most of ur doubts www.jrsoftware.org is the website i think

    If you use Inno Setup, don't forget to look at the Third Party Tools for it. They can help you immensely.
